Cloud played the lovable character of Fezco on HBO’s “Euphoria.” Cast and fans alike share tributes to the beloved actor.
Angus Cloud, who played Fezco on HBO’s “Euphoria,” has died. His family announced the tragic news on Monday.
According to TMZ, Cloud’s mother called 911 at 11:00 a.m. and reported that Cloud didn’t have a pulse. She also reported that he was suffering from a possible overdose. Cloud was later pronounced dead at the scene.
A source close to the family notes that Cloud was struggling with severe suicidal thoughts following his father’s death. He was buried in Ireland last week, only a few days before Cloud’s own timely death.
“Last week he buried his father and intensely struggled with this loss. The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is reunited with his dad, who was his best friend,” his family said in a statement. “Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence.”
The Oakland Police Department and the Alameda County Coroner’s office are handling the investigation. The cause of death has yet to be determined.
Kehlani as well as fellow “Euphoria“ cast members were amongst those who posted tributes on their social media.
Cloud was only 25 years old.
