  • What’s Tea? “Summer House” Stars West Wilson and Amanda Batula Announce Romance Following Weeks of Speculation

The news of the newfound connection comes almost three months after the announcement of Batula’s split from co-star Kyle Cooke. The Batula-West romance became public knowledge when DeuxMoi posted about a blind item they received of the news. The duo initially denied the rumors until the ending of March, releasing a joint statement. Another relationship bombshell has dropped in the world of Bravo’s “Summer House,” this time with soon-to-be legally divorced Amanda Batula and co-star West Wilson. What’s the Context? Where Do We Begin? As the tenth season of the hit show rages on, the news of the duo getting together has the cast and the show’s audience shook. For one, Batula and Kyle Cooke dated, got engaged, and married on the show. Their relationship played out for almost a decade, both the highs and toxic lows, ending with their breakup in January.  One of the toxic lows of their relationship was when they revealed Cooke’s infidelity during the season three premiere. Cooke recalled that he blacked out during a guys’ night out, ultimately waking up with a girl in his bed. The two would stay together and get married in September 2021 — later becoming the subject of a May 2022 episode.  West joined the fray in the show’s eighth season as a sports journalist who’s not good at committing to a relationship. During his premiere season, he and Ciara Miller hit it off in what seemed to be a genuine budding relationship. It was refreshing for the audience to see as Miller was guarded in relationships, especially after her fling with “Southern Charm” star Austen Kroll. The relationship between Miller and Wilson was short-lived as the eighth season’s reunion revealed their breakup. When cameras went down in September 2023 , the duo were basically dating — Miller met Wilson’s parents, and even stayed with his brother in Chicago.  Miller and Wilson’s relationship would end in December 2023 when they went out for their final dinner as a couple. During that dinner, according to Miller, Wilson told her he couldn’t commit for “show related reasons.” Things were rough during the season eight reunion as both DeSorbo and Miller rip into Wilson for how he handled his relationship with Miller. “I stopped talking to you altogether,” Miller said during the reunion in regards to the breakup. “Because I think that’s mean to take someone to your parents’ house and want to sleep with them when you have no intentions of doing anything.” Wilson responded by noting how difficult it would be to navigate someone’s feelings on the show as a newcomer. He later said he didn’t want to be the guy “who came onto the show and is just Ciara’s puppet the whole time.”   The sports journalist faced immense backlash for how he handled Miller and their relationship. Following Wilson’s debut season, for which he was a fan favorite, the New York Times profiled him . He would later be the subject of another New York Times article , for which he discussed infamy and the immense backlash after his relationship with Miller.  Season nine of “Summer House” saw Miller confronting Wilson for how he handled their relationship, calling him out for speaking so much with the media. The audience saw Wilson trying to get back in the good graces of the nurse-turned-model.  How Did This Unravel? A Timeline Social media sleuths have kept their eye out for various interactions between Batula and Wilson, similar to how they figured out Batula and Cooke were separated.  The celebrity gossip Instagram account DeuxMoi initially posted about the Batula-Wilson romance in March 2026. According to a blind item sent to DeuxMoi, the duo was spotted flirting with one another. Social media users and “Summer House” fans were hesitant to believe the rumor as such blind items sent to DeuxMoi aren’t always accurate.  This isn’t the first time DeuxMoi highlighted stars of the Bravo hit show. During season eight, Lindsay Hubbard reveals that former castmate Danielle Olivera sent a blind item to DeuxMoi about Craig Conover during Batula and Cooke’s wedding. Olivera admits to sending the gossip during that season’s reunion, stating that it was “juicy as f–k.” The gossip about Batula and Wilson’s relationship wasn’t quieting down since the initial DeuxMoi post as evidence kept mounting. For one, the photos the duo posted of one another were slightly suggestive. Not only did they post suggestive photos, fans saw them in the wild. The duo was spotted at Salt Hank , a sandwich shop in New York City, and Batula is seen wiping Wilson’s face. The video was posted back in February 2026, almost two weeks before DeuxMoi posted their blind item. Wilson would deny the dating rumors while appearing on Watch What Happens Live  in March. He brushed off the rumors, stating that he was just helping a newly single friend readjust to the dating scene. “If it’s not clear, that’s a very important person to me, and I, like, care about her a lot,” Wilson said. The next day, (Mar. 26) Page Six reported that Batula and Miller fell out amidst the rumors. The former friends apparently cancelled a planned appearance for Amazon Live, and unliked each others’ Instagram posts.  Finally, as March wrapped up, both Batula and West confirmed their romance. The duo posted identical statements, in which they mentioned “the complicated relationship dynamics” and needing the space to process everything in private before going public.  Interestingly enough, they didn’t confirm whether they're in a full-blown relationship or just hooking up. “Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care,” the statement read. “As our feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling.” Both Batula and Wilson posted identical statements to their respective Instagram Stories, saying they recognize the impact and never wanted to “cause any hurt or be perceived as careless.” [Courtesy of West Wilson on Instagram] Soon after the statement went public, a blurry photo of Miller started circulating the internet. Page Six claims the photo was taken after Batula and Wilson went public with their romance.  TMZ also claims  that Miller obtained a video of Batula and Wilson, showing the duo being intimate in Wilson’s apartment. The alleged video was recorded unbeknownst to either party. The existence of such video has not been confirmed by either Miller, Batula or Wilson. How Did Fellow Castmates Handle the News? Bravo fans and the internet were in a frenzy when the statement dropped, the “Summer House” cast members have made their thoughts known. Lindsay Hubbard, Carl Radke, and new cast member KJ Dillard all used screen grabs from the current season amidst the fallout of the news. Hubbard posted her photo shortly after posting a selfie with Miller. Dillard would later post a follow-up photo on his Instagram Story, featuring both Miller and fellow newbie Mia Calabrese. “I love my big sisters for life,” he captioned the post.  He came through with another post, this time featuring a Spotify screenshot of the song “Back Stabbers” by The O’Jays, captioning it with “logging off.” Calabrese also posted in support of Miller by reposting one of the model’s posts to her Instagram Story.  Jesse Solomon, who joined the show during its eighth season, claimed in an Instagram comment  that he heard of the rumors. He noted that the rumors were denied to him numerous times. He also posted a photo of himself with a shocked expression while looking at his phone to his Instagram Story. Adam Glyn, the New York City-based street journalist who previously spoke with Cooke about his own split, r an into the Loverboy founder to get his reaction to the news.  “I actually am worried for Amanda, if I’m being honest,” Cooke said. “I’m not justifying any behavior, but from what I’m seeing, she’s kind of getting cyberbullied.” He follows up that statement by reading Wilson, noting that the journalist is the type of guy to be “playing multiple women at the same time.” “Somehow in all of this, 50 thousand people have decided that West deserves their follow,” Cooke continued. “Meanwhile, they’re lighting up Amanda … I just feel bad.” The conversation spans across three videos, lasting up to almost six minutes each, while the two spoke in front of 123 Market. Throughout the videos, he notes how Batula is in a vulnerable spot and that social media users should “let off the gas” regarding the cyberbullying. Glyn later asked Cooke about the status of the relationship between Batula and West as well as if he knew how long they have been involved with one another. “The details are vague,” Cooke said. “I’ve seen rumors, I’ve seen blinds, and I’ve had DMs that say it dates back to June … I don’t know what to believe.” Cooke noted that Miller may have had more evidence at her disposal regarding Batula-Wilson romance, though she wanted him to come to terms with it on his own terms . He later touches on the group dynamic and the future of the show. “It’s not just me, Amanda, West here. It’s, like, our whole friend group,” Cooke said. “It really does put in jeopardy what the show’s about. ‘Cause, like, you can’t shoot ‘Summer House’ if the vibes are off.” This leads to Cooke discussing his own future on the show, with Glyn hinting at rumors about the final episode of this current season being a farewell. Cooke notes that his time in the show’s spinoff, titled “In The City,” might have him as part-time. He doesn’t completely write off the show for either himself or the cast in general as there’s still relationships and friendships to navigate. So, What’s the Big Deal? Throughout the seasons, Batula and Miller’s friendship grew immensely as they would lean on each other in regards to their respective relationships. Notably, during the tenth episode of season eight, Miller and former castmate Paige DeSorbo spoke candidly about Batula and her relationship with Cooke. The trio were back in the city for the week, and as they were shopping at Old Navy, Batula spoke about striving for a career outside of Loverboy — Cooke’s line of hard teas. “It’s time to do something for you, and get out of your own way,” Miller said during the conversation.  Ciara Miller and Paige DeSorbo have a honest conversation with Amanda Batula during the tenth episode of the show's eighth season, encouraging to break out and follow her own dreams outside of her marriage. Both DeSorbo and Miller essentially hype up Batula, noting that Cooke’s company wouldn’t be as successful without her. They also encourage her to go after her career aspirations outside of Loverboy.  During the current season, Miller describes the race aspect of her experience on the show, specifically as a Black woman publicly dating white men. Batula can be seen comforting Miller following the conversation.  It’s unclear if “Summer House” will pick cameras back up like they did for DeSorbo’s breakup from “Southern Hospitality” star Craig Conover or when Radke and Hubbard broke off their engagement. Also, the future of the show in general remains unclear.

  • What’s Tea? Tiger Woods’ Rollover Car Crash Results in DUI Arrest, Follows a History of Suspected DUI and Car Crashes

The golf champion found himself in cuffs for suspicion of driving under the influence. The 15-time golf champion has a history of car crashes fueled by suspicion of driving under the influence of either drugs or alcohol. Woods has slowly been trying get back into the world of golf following recovery from a rupture Archilles tendon and back surgery in October 2025. Tiger Woods was arrested on Friday (Mar. 27) for suspicion of DUI following a car crash near his Jupiter Island home. Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said  Woods was driving a Land Rover on a South Beach road at a high speed. Woods attempted to pass a pickup truck hauling a pressure cleaner, which slowed to turn into a driveway. As he swerved to avoid the truck, Woods’ SUV clipped the back of the trailer — resulting in the Land Rover flipping on its side and sliding down the road. Woods later climbed out of the passenger’s window to get out of the car, Budensiek said. Neither Woods nor the other driver were not injured in the crash.  The 50-year-old golfer was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test. With the accident happening around 2 p.m. ET, Woods arrived at Martin County Jail at 3 p.m. ET.  He was released on bail at 11 p.m. ET that night,  according to Yahoo! Sports . Florida law required Woods to stay behind bars for at least eight before being released, hence the late night release.  Photo Courtesy: Martin County Sheriff's Office “They did several tests on him,” Budensiek said about the arrest. “Of course, he did explain the injuries and the surgeries that he had. We did take that into account, but they did do some in-depth roadside tests.” Woods’ breathalyser didn’t show any signs of alcohol, though Woods refused to do a urinalysis test for other drugs. Budensiek noted that Woods didn’t want to incriminate himself, being careful with what he did and didn’t say.  It’s unclear how fast Woods was driving. According to the driver of the pickup truck, he saw Woods’ SUV closing in at a high speed. The driver attempted to get off of the road, but wasn’t able to in time due to the narrow residential street. This is not the first time Woods was suspected of DUI. In 2017, police found him asleep at the wheel in his running car. The car in question had two flat tires with damage to both the front and rear bumpers.  At the time, he admitted to taking “a bad mix of painkillers.” He pled guilty to reckless driving.  In February 2021, he would suffer leg injuries following a car crash outside of Los Angeles. The car flipped over several times, trapping him inside — he later had surgery to deal with his injuries. He spent three weeks in the hospital after the surgery.  Following his release on Friday, New York Post reported  that he attempted to sneak out of the back door of the jail to avoid the media. Matthew Olszewski, an Orlando attorney specializing in DUI cases, spoke to the publication about the legal case Woods faces. “He’s in for a legal dogfight, in my opinion,” Olszewski said. “They’re going to be trying to prove a message and what bigger message to prove than, ‘Even if you’re Tiger Woods, you do this in our county and we’re going to slam you.” Woods’ aforementioned history with suspected DUIs and car crashes only adds to Olszewski’s sentiment.  The golfer was weighing on whether to return to the PGA Tour at the Masters, which begins April 9. He last participated in the PGA Tour in July 2024 when he missed the cut at the Open Championship at Royal Troon Golf Club in Scotland.  It’s unclear at the moment when, and if, Woods will make his return to the sport that he revolutionized.

  • OnlyFans Owner Leonid Radvinsky Died at 43-Years-Old with His Death Not Announced Until Days Later

The businessman was a reclusive figure who rarely spoke with the media, or even the top creators on his platform. Leonid Radvinsky, Ukrainian-born and raised in Chicago, helped revolutionize the adult content industry with his time with OnlyFans. Leonid Radvinsky, the billionaire who owned OnlyFans, died from cancer at 43-years-old, the company said in a statement on Monday (Mar. 23). “We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer,” a company spokesperson said . “His family have requested privacy at this difficult time.” Andy Bachman, CEO of Creators Inc., said Radvinsky passed away earlier  than the public announcement. Bachman’s Creators Inc. works closely with OnlyFans content creators. Speaking to the New York Post , Bachman said Radvinsky’s passing wasn’t sudden, and that the company was “fully prepared and resilient.” “His passing wasn’t sudden, so there was a lot of preparation. He passed a few days before the media found out, so there was no interruption to the business,” Bachman explained the publication. Ukrainian-born Radvinsky acquired OnlyFans’ parent company, Fenix International Limited, in 2018, and served as the director and majority shareholder. OnlyFans wasn’t the only adult content-based company in his portfolio as he founded MyFreeCams, an adult cam site. It’s unclear at the moment who will take ownership of the company, though, according to Reuters, OnlyFans is looking to sell a majority stake to investment firm Architect Capital.  OnlyFans surged in popularity during the Covid pandemic as the lockdown had creators and consumers running to the digital space. Such a digital migration turned the subscription-based platform into a mainstream source of income and entertainment. The online subscription platform has been credited with revolutionizing the sex industry with Radvinsky turning it into an adults-only phenomenon. Crazy enough, the platform originally didn’t allow for adult content.  Before his death, Radvinsky didn’t speak to the public or the media too often. He avoided the public spotlight, purchasing an oceanfront condo at the Turnberry Ocean Club in Miami. The property serves as one of the city’s most exclusive residences, according to the New York Post . Radvinsky is survived by his wife, Yekaterina “Katie” Chudnovsky, an attorney and philanthropist who oversees special projects at the Rare Cancer Research Foundation.

  • Chance The Rapper Wins Countersuit Against Former Friend and Manager, Awarded $35

The jury only took a couple of hours to come to a decision, resulting in a $35 payout to the Chicago rapper.  Pat Corcoran (left) and Chance the Rapper (right) worked together during the Chicago native's rise to super stardom, changing how the industry interacts with independent artists. The half-decade long legal battle between Chance the Rapper and former manager, Pat Corcoran, ended on Friday as a Chicago jury ruled that Corcoran failed to prove he was owed $3.8 million — $2.2 million in unpaid work and $1.6 million in unpaid commissions and royalties. Chance, real name Chancellor Bennett, spoke with the Chicago Sun-Times  after the trial, saying that he claims the victory “in the name of the Lord.” Bennett had countersued for $1 million, though the jury decided that Corcoran only had to pay $35. The jury also recommended he turn over the internet domain name ChanceRaps.com , a website he used to sell Chance the Rapper merchandise. Speaking with the press after the trial, Corcoran’s team argued there was no substantial damages awarded to either party. “We respect the jury’s decision, but the message to music managers is clear: get it in writing,” one of Corcoran’s lawyers, Jay Scharkey, said. “The jury award of $35 speaks to how seriously the jury viewed Chance’s case.” Bennett’s lead attorney, Precious Jacobs-Perry, issued her own statement to the press following the trial. “The jury heard the evidence for more than two weeks and reached the correct conclusion: Mr. Bennett never agreed to pay commissions after his management relationship with Pat Corcoran ended, and Mr. Corcoran’s breached their contract. This ruling is not only a victory for Mr. Bennett, it is a victory for independent artists everywhere. … And above all, we are happy for our client who has been standing on principle for years.” Corcoran himself declined to speak with the Sun-Times. He previously claimed that he and Bennett had a “sunset clause,” which would allow him to receive three years of earnings after his April 2020 termination. His firing came during the fallout from Bennett’s album “The Big Day,” which was not received well amongst fans and critics alike.  Chance the Rapper and his legal team arrive to the Daley Center in Chicago, later winning $35 in his countersuit against Corcoran. [Photo Courtesy: Anthony Vazquez, Chicago Sun-Times] The jury heard details of Bennett’s countersuit, in which Bennett accused Corcoran of breach of duty. Corcoran’s legal team described him as a hardworking manager who deserved his fair payment for helping in Bennett’s come up. The legal team for Bennett painted the narrative that Corcoran was an opportunistic former employee who was fired for a reason and isn’t owed anything. Robert Sweeney, the lead attorney for Corcoran, explained that his client had an agreement entitling him to 15% of net profits for any project Bennett worked on. Bennett’s attorneys fought against these claims, arguing that Corcoran and Bennett never had a written contract.  They supposedly worked based on a 2013 handshake deal and verbal agreement, a deal that Corcoran allegedly had no problem with until he was fired. “There’s not one single document in the seven years they worked together that shows any evidence of a sunset,” Jacobs-Perry said. She also claimed that Corcoran was overpaid by a little more than $312K before his termination. Bennett’s attorney also focused on the allegations in his countersuit, notably alleging that Corcoran mishandled business deals with merchandise companies. Bennett also alleged in his countersuit that Corcoran was trying to collect kickbacks  to help his other management business. The five-year legal battle comes to an end, following the end of a manager-artist relationship that helped shape the world of independent music. The duo worked together as Bennett went from a local star to a global sensation, essentially inseparable throughout the 2010s.

  • Oscars 2026: “Sinners” and “One Battle After Another” Win Big, Lighting Running High at Afterparties, and a Tie

The 98th annual award ceremony took place at the Dolby Theater with celebrities heading to the Governor’s Ball and Vanity Fair’s Afterparty. The 2026 Oscars saw "Sinners" and "One Battle After Another" bring home 10 Oscars between the two of them. Last weekend, celebrities and actors gathered to celebrate the work of their peers at the Dolby Theater for this year’s Oscars. Paul Thomas Anderson’s political thriller  “One Battle After Another” took home six statues, including the award of the night — Best Picture. “Sinners,” Ryan Coogler’s bloodsoaked vampire film based in the Jim Crow south, walked away with four statues, including Michael B. Jordan’s Best Actor.  “I wrote this movie for my kids to say sorry for the housekeeping mess that we left in this world — we’re handing off to them,” Anderson said while accepting the award for Best Adapted Screenplay. “But also with the encouragement that they will be the generation that hopefully brings us some common sense and decency.” Cassandra Kulukundis, the casting director for “One Battle After Another,” would take home the award for Best Casting. The industry had predicted that “Sinners” casting director Francine Maisler would take home the award, according to Variety .  Cinematographer Autumn Durald Arkapaw made history that night as she was the first Black woman to win Best Cinematography for her work on “Sinners.” This is also the first time in her career that Arkapaw won an Oscar. “I really want all the women in the room to stand up,” Arkapaw said during her acceptance speech. “Because I don’t feel like I get here without you guys.”  Another heartwarming moment came when Jordan won his Best Actor award. Not only did he receive a standing ovation and thunderous applause when he accepted the award onstage, he received a similar reaction when he went backstage to speak with the press.  Reporters can be heard cheering for almost a minute, which is a rare thing for reporters to do for any actor. After the standing-ovation, Jordan answered various questions. Tanya Hart of Hollywood Live asked about the mental exercises he did to play the SmokeStack twins. “I write a lot of journals for my characters, like backstories,” Jordan said. “So, I try to go from the earliest memory that I can conjure up, and think of, and I write up to the first page of the script.” Michael B, Jordan answered a few questions about his role as the SmokeStack twins following his "Best Actor" win. [Courtesy of Oscars on YouTube] Not only did he write journals, he did chakra work to understand the twins’ thought processes and childhood trauma. Jordan later described his win as timely, answering a question about the importance of his win. He also attributed previous Black winners, such as Halle Berry, Sidney Poitier and Denzel Washington. With both “Sinners” and “One Battle After Another” having their historical night, “The Singers” and “Two People Exchanging Saliva” also made history that night. The two short films both won the Best Live Action Short award, marking the seventh time a tie has happened at the award ceremony. As films and actors basked in the glory of raising their statues, one film walked away empty-handed: “Marty Supreme.” The Josh Safdie picture, starring Timothée Chalamet, follows Marty Mauser as he strives to become a table tennis world champion. “Marty Supreme” was loosely based on the life and career of table tennis champion Marty Reisman. The film’s lack of wins came as a surprise, especially due to its campaign as well as the commentary surrounding Chalamet’s press run during said campaign. Chalamet said “no one cares about” ballet and opera during a Variety and CNN town hall with Matthew McConaughey. “I admire people [saying], ‘Hey, we gotta keep movie theaters alive. We gotta keep this genre alive,” Chalamet said. “I don’t want to be working in ballet or opera where it’s like, ‘Hey, keep this thing alive, even though no one cares about this anymore’ — all respect to the ballet and opera people out there.” The lack of wins for “Marty Supreme” did not stop Chalamet as he found himself at Vanity Fair ’s afterparty. The silver-coded party featured metallic mirrors lining the carpet, a platinum carpet on the inside as well as a reflective bar. Vanity Fair  staff writer Elise Taylor described  the various social interactions throughout the star-studded event. For one, she ran into Julia Fox at the bar, who was eating Domino’s pizza while wearing a Viktor & Rolf dress with high straps that went past her ears — straps that Taylor likened to a “modern-day Elizabethan collar.” As Taylor put it, Fox seemed surprised Taylor was interested in her look.  Those who attended the ceremony began to trickle into the event by 10 p.m, notably host Conan O’Brien who received a congratulations on a job well-done from Damson Idris. “One Battle After Another” star Teyana Taylor “danced in” and hugged “All’s Fair” co-star Kim Kardashian. As the Oscars hype still lingers a week later, various award ceremonies are still on the horizon — notably the Tony Awards, BET Awards, and the MTV Video Music Awards.

  • Lil Nas X Seeks Diversion Program for August Arrest and Felony Charges, Thanks Fans for Support

The singer was arrested last year during a concerning episode, which resulted in felony battery charges. Lil Nas X was arrested in August 2025 for resisting arrest and assaulting three police officers. The arrest came after the singer was found walking in the streets of Los Angeles in his underwear. Lil Nas X, real name Montero Lamar Hill, seeks diversion for his felony police battery case, stemming from his arrest in August. Hill appeared in court on Thursday (Mar. 12), and his lawyer Christy O’Conner asked for a short delay so that she could file a motion to transfer the case into a diversion program, according to Rolling Stone . She didn’t specify the type of program, but she’s waiting on an “expert report” to support her request.  Upon leaving the Van Nuys, California courthouse, Hill spoke with reporters — though, he didn’t answer any questions. “All I wanted to say is to my fans, I really love, and I miss you, and I appreciate your support so much, and I can’t wait to be back hugging you guys,” Hill said before blowing a kiss. “You guys have a good day.” Hill would stop to ask a busker to play a song, which resulted in the busker playing Radiohead’s “Lucky” as Hill tapped his foot. Hill handed the busker $100 before heading off to the rest of his day. Jensen Pawley, the busker in question, told Rolling Stone that it “was a great moment” and that Hill is “a nice guy.” The “SCOOP” singer previously had a hearing in September , during which his lawyers said he was in treatment at a facility.  “You heard the ‘treatment’ word. We’re doing what is best for Montero from a personal standpoint and a professional standpoint, but most importantly, for his well-being,” Hill’s lawyer Drew Finding said after the hearing. “He is surrounded by an amazing family, an amazing team of people that care about him and love him. And we’re just addressing those issues.” As previously reported, Hill was arrested in August 2025 after he was caught walking in the streets of Los Angeles in just his underwear. Prosecutors said he was “strolling naked” along Ventura Boulevard in Studio City around 5:40 a.m. when police arrived. They allege HIll assaulted responding officers who attempted to take him into custody, injuring three of the officers. He was charged with three counts of battery with injury on a police officer and one count of resisting an executive officer.  Hill later pleaded not guilty to the charges. If convicted, Hill could spend up to five years behind bars for the incident. Following his weekend stint in jail after his arrest, he spoke out on social media about the situation. “That was f–king terrifying. That was terrifying,” Hill said in a video posted to his Instagram. “That was a terrifying last four days, but your girl is gonna be all right.” Hill will appear again as the Los Angeles Court County judge ordered for the case to return on April 6.

  • “Real Housewives of Atlanta” Star Kandi Burruss Settles Divorce with Todd Tucker After Custody Battle

The former couple filed for divorce after more than a decade of marriage. The former couple first met when Kandi Burruss starred on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and Todd Tucker was the production manager on the show. Kandi Burruss, former star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta , and Todd Tucker have settled their divorce. The exes informed the court of their deal, confirming that they’ve reached a full and final settlement. The court asked Burruss and Todd to submit their settlement paperwork by next week, which will highlight child support and a parenting plan.  In the months that followed the November 2025 announcement of their split, the former couple disagreed about finances and child custody. Despite the disagreements, the duo continued to stay united for big family events.  “Y’all already know I’m going through a divorce, but we have decided that we are still going to do Christmas together,” Burruss said during a December 2025 episode of her Amazon Live broadcast. “Even though we have all this mess going on right now, we still gonna do it together for our kids, so we are spending Christmas in New York.” The couple were finally able to come to an agreement on how to settle the divorce after months of arguing about custody and finances. Courtesy of E! News on YouTube. Burruss reitirated the sentiment during a January episode of Today with Jenna & Sheinelle . “We have determined no matter what, we’re always going to be great coparents for our kids,” Burruss said. “We’re still a family, even though he and I have decided to go our separate ways. We’re trying to make it as easy as possible for our children.” The details of the settlement and custody agreement have not been made public.

  • Kanye West Ordered to Pay $140K to Handyman for Botched Home Renovation While Facing Sexual Assault Allegations

The rapper is currently on the hook for the suit surrounding a Malibu mansion while battling sexual assault allegations.  As his lawsuit surrounding the botched renovation of a Malibu mansion comes to an end, another lawsuit surrounding sexual assault allegations ramps up with new motion filing. A Los Angeles jury ordered Kanye “Ye” West to pay a handyman $140K for lost wages and medical expenses related to botched renovation of a Malibu mansion. Tony Saxon, the handyman hired by West to supervise the renovation of a $57M Malibu mansion, sued the Chicago-born rapper for not fully compensating him for his work. Saxon alleged that he was forced to sleep on the mansion floor during the renovation project. He also claimed that workers demolished parts of the mansion with no safety equipment, and West did nothing to address the complaints. Saxon filed the lawsuit in September 2023, claiming West agreed to pay him $20K every week. He claimed the rapper only paid one $20K payment and $100K for construction costs. Saxon’s attorneys originally asked for $1.7M as a result for the suit. Ron Zambrano, one of Saxon’s attorneys, admitted to Courthouse News  that the verdict was disappointing. Though, he’s happy for Saxon as he “has some vindication.” He pointed out that his firm is allowed to seek fees, which could raise the $140K price tag.  West’s spokesperson Milo Yiannopoulos, controversial right-wing political commentator, said the decision may be “unsatisfying for everyone.” He added that it was also a “financial catastrophe” for Saxon’s attorneys, a nod to the steep difference between the original $1.7M request and the final $140K decision.  “This is not over yet,” Yiannopoulos said outside of the courthouse.  Saxon served as the project manager, working for six seven weeks until Ye demanded he cut the house’s power. Saxon would push back on the decision as he claimed that running generators would attract unwanted attention, and running generators inside would fill the mansion with carbon monoxide.  “My client didn’t want to work while breathing in carbon dioxide,” Zambrano said during his closing argument. “And he was fired. You cannot be fired for following the law.” Kanye "Ye" West took the stand during the trial, giving short answers while also nodding off during his testimony. Courtesy of ABC7 Los Angeles. As this lawsuit is coming to an end, another lawsuit against the lawyer is pushing to the front. Model Jennifer An, former American Next Top Model contestant, sued Ye in 2024 for allegedly sexually assaulting and strangling her on the set of La Roux music video. La Roux herself labeled the alleged assault as “horrific” in a DM to An. Jennifer An participated in the 13th season of America's Next Top Model (Courtesy of ANTM Fandom Wiki) In a new filing for the 2024 suit, An included the Instagram DM between herself and La Roux — real name Elly Jackson. The exchange shows Jackson backing up An’s claims, sharing her memories of dealing with West in the aftermath. “I have never seen the footage (thankfully) and obviously I asked for it to never be used or for it to be seen as you were understandably very concerned about anyone or your family seeing it,” Jackson said in the messages. “I have no problem being honest about what I saw, so if you need my account of the event I’m more [than] happy to do that.” An alleged that West arrived on set at the Chelsea Hotel and complained that he wanted the set to look more like American Psycho . West then allegedly took over creative control despite only being meant to film a cameo appearance. The rapper allegedly strangled An with one hand, then later both hands while on camera.  West not only strangled An with both hands, he allegedly proceeded to ram several fingers down her throat multiple times. An struggled to breathe, and possibly blacked out, during the alleged assault.  “This is art. This is f–king art. I am like Picasso,” West allegedly yelled out.  The “Ultralight Beam” rapper filed a motion via his attorneys to dismiss the lawsuit. West’s lawyers claimed his behavior happened while making “expressive art,” therefore his actions should be protected by free speech. “The emulation of sexual violence for artistic purposes is not itself sexual violence, and the presence of physical contact in a stage performance does not transform expressive conduct into a crime, let alone into gender-motivated violence,” the filing claimed.  A member of An’s legal team took issue with this sentiment, providing a statement to Complex  as a response to such claims. “Labeling alleged sexual assault as ‘artisitc expression’ does not place it beyond the reach of the law,” Jesse S. Weinstein, a partner at Phillips & Associates, said in an email to the publication. “Our filings present substantial corroboration evidence, and we believe the facts will speak clearly as this case proceeds.” In their DMs, Jackson revealed to An that West threatened her to apologize for speaking with a mutual friend about his behavior. She alleged that West wanted to remind her of his power, essentially threatening her career. The March 10 filing also included a statement from Jackson’s makeup artist Liz Martins, who was on set during the alleged incident. “All of a sudden, Kanye cleared the set, except for Jenn, and forcefully put his fingers down her mouth and told her to ‘suck on them.’ Kanye continued to motion his hands back and forth in Jenn’s mouth. This sexual assault was not part of the script,” Martins wrote. “Everyone on set was shocked and nervous to step in because of Kanye’s influence. Afterwards, Jenn was crying and I heard her repeatedly say, ‘My mom is going to see this. I don’t want my mom to see this.’ … It is my strong belief that Kanye West targeted and sexually assaulted Jenn because she is a female.”  Neither West nor his lawyers have publicly spoken about the lawsuit outside of their motion to dismiss it altogether.

  • What’s Tea? Creative Artist Agency Settles Blacklist Case, Fights Against Equity, and Battles Range Media Partners Over Poaching and Trade Secrets

The talent agency found itself in legal hot water allegedly putting talent on blacklists and canceling equity owed to former agents.  As CAA wraps up their case against Musero, they are entangled in a legal dispute with former agents and rival company Range Media Partners. Creative Artist Agency, a popular talent agency, reaches a settlement in a lawsuit brought on by writer John Musero.  Lawyers for Musero informed the court of a deal  to resolve the case prior to opening statements scheduled for this week. Even though Musero sought $25M, CAA will only pay around $500K in the settlement. The agreement depends on the completion of specific terms within 45 days.  “We are glad to finally move on from this meritless lawsuit, which produced no finding of wrongdoing by CAA and was resolved for what amounts to nuisance value,” a CAA spokesperson said.  Musero filed the lawsuit in 2019 in which he alleged that CAA and his former agent Andrew Miller sabotaged his career by not properly shopping his pilot, titled Main Justice . The pilot caught the attention of The Mark Gordon Company, a studio-producer for network television, and he later entered a 14-month partnership with the company.  Once the partnership became official, CAA allegedly stopped submitting him for other writing opportunities. Miller later redeveloped the script with Top Gun  producer Jerry Bruckheimer and writer Sascha Penn, who later sold it to CBS. According to the complaint, Miller let Musero’s deal with The Mark Gordon Company lapse. Judge Kerry Bessinger later ruled in June 2025  that there weren’t similarities between Main Justice  and the never-made CBS project. “After considering Penn’s prior works, the court concluded that the two works do not share substantial similarities,” Bessinger ruled in a 29-page order about the two shows that shared a name. (Photo Courtesy: Albert L. Ortega, Getty Images) The trial pivoted to examine two internal CAA lists of its agency, one that deemed Musero an “underperformer” while the other branded him a client his agent was getting rid of. The alleged blacklists circulated in 2016 to TV staffing and other departments within CAA for almost a year.  According to court filings, these lists were accessible through the agency’s internal network. CAA claimed that only four television department heads saw the lists, and the lists weren’t available to other agents. Musero’s attorney alleged that the agency was going “to great lengths” to keep the contents of these lists under wraps.  “Even now, CAA refuses to show the full decision and underlying evidence. It refuses to let the truth come out,” the Chicago-based lawyer told Deadline. “But if CAA wants to talk about the case then it needs to be transparent about the case. Only then can the public determine whether CAA is being honest — something CAA claims they don’t even owe their own clients.” As Musero’s lawsuits come to an end, the agency still faces its battle against Range Media Partners. (Photo Courtesy: Rezeta Veliu) CAA allegedly breached its contractual duties towards several former agents in 2020 when it cancelled their CAA equity interests, according to JAMS — a company that specializes in resolving business and legal disputes. The agency filed a notice of appeal over the $40M-and-rising decision from JAMS’ mediators.  The agents who were allegedly swindled out of their CAA equities left the agency for Range, leading CAA to file a 2024 lawsuit against its rival. CAA accused Range of poaching, lifting trade secrets, and being “an unlicensed talent agency built on deceit.” The mass action, spearheaded by Range attorney Bryan Freedman, will include Range founder and ex-CAA TV boss Peter Micelli. Much of the mass action will draw from JAMS’s mediation.  “In connection with the filing of a mass arbitration or a mass action in court, we are currently in the process of representing former and current CAA talent agents who have been forced to sign illegal non-competes as a condition of their membership in CAA’s equity programs,” Freedman told Deadline . CAA has been quiet on the matter, especially when Deadline reached out for comment. Ultimately, it’s unlikely that JAMS’ verdict on the matter would be overturned.

  • Woman Charged with Attempted Murder for Shooting Toward Rihanna’s Home

The woman has been identified, arrested, and officially charged for the incident. Rihanna, A$AP Rocky and their three children were fortunately not injured during the ordeal. A woman, named Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, was arrested for shooting toward Rihanna’s Los Angeles home. The shooting incident happened around 1:20 p.m. PT on Sunday (Mar. 8), according to the Los Angeles Police Department . Five to seven shots were fired, hitting the outside gate to the home. The home itself wasn’t actually hit. Even though Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, and their three children were in the home, no one was injured during the incident.  Authorities followed Ortiz’s Tesla via helicopter as she drove into a mall parking lot, according to police dispatch audio . Ortiz was later “taken into custody without further incident,” police said.  Ortiz used an AR-style gun during the shooting, according to sources close to the investigation. Other homes in the Beverly Crest neighborhood also had bullet holes. The 35-year-old Florida native is currently being held on $10.2 million bail. Neither Rihanna nor her partner A$AP Rocky have publicly addressed the incident.

  • Britney Spears Arrested in California on Suspicion of Driving Under the Influence

The Princess of Pop found herself in trouble as she was booked on Wednesday night. The Princess of Pop will have to go to court in May as she was pulled over for allegedly driving under the influence. Britney Spears was arrested Wednesday night (March 4) on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to California Highway Patrol.  According to CNN , CHP stopped Spears around 9:30 p.m. and booked the popstar after 3 a.m. on Thursday. CHP published a press release on Thursday (March 5) with details of what led up to the arrest. For one, a black BMW was reported “for driving erratically at a high rate of speed” at around 8:48 p.m.  Spears was the only person in the car, and had to do field sobriety tests. She was subsequently arrested and later released. CHP revealed to CNN that the incident is still under investigation and chemical tests are pending.  “This was an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable,” a representative for Spears told the publication in an email. “Britney is going to take the right steps and comply with the law and hopefully this can be the first step in long overdue change that needs to occur in Britney’s life. Hopefully, she can get the help and support during this difficult time.” The representative said her sons, Sean and Jayden Federline, will spend time with her in the meantime while her family comes up with a plan for her well being. Jayden, 19, was spotted at her home  soon after her release.  As her family aims to rally around her, her ex-husband Sam Asghari broke his silence  in a recent interview with Fox News. “...I think everybody deserves privacy, and I hope the press has learned from the past,” Asghari said. “And that they give her the privacy that she needs.” Spears’ former assistant and longtime friend Sean Phillip spoke with the popstar via text messages following her arrest. The Mississippi-born singer texted Phillip that she was OK, later giving Phillip the OK to speak about their conversation.  Phillip, who speaks with Spears on a weekly basis, explained the incident is not a pathway to worse behavior.  “It’s not her character,” Phillip said during the Friday (March 6) broadcast of Good Morning Britain . “She’s not a harmful person.” Spears has a court appearance scheduled for May 4.

  • Kanye "Ye" West Appeared in Court Regarding Failed Renovation of Malibu Mansion, Testifying After Wife Bianca Censori

The lawsuit deals with the alleged unpaid wages of a contractor hired to work on the home. "Ye" and Bianca Censori both testify in the case regarding the failed renovations of West's former Malibu mansion. Ye, formerly Kanye West, appeared in court on Friday (March 6) to testify in a civil matter regarding the botched renovation of a $57 million Malibu mansion. The mansion, designed by architect Tadao Ando, was left as a “concrete shell” after a failed renovation project, according to Fox 11 Los Angeles . Tony Saxon, a contractor hired to work on the project, is suing the Chicago-born rapper for more than $1 million. He alleges wrongful termination, hazardous working conditions, and unpaid wages.  According to Saxon, Ye promised him $20K a week — he allegedly only made partial payments. Saxon claimed he was made to sleep on the mansion’s concrete floor, and he was later fired for refusing to perform dangerous tasks.  Ye appeared tired during his testimony, often closing his eyes for lengthy periods of times and caught his head falling forward. Ye once asked Ron Zambrano, the lawyer representing Saxon, to repeat a question, according to Rolling Stone ’s Nancy Dillon . “When you hired Saxon, did you understand you had hired Saxon to help you execute your vision for the Ando house,” the courtroom stenographer read.  Ye asked the stenographer to repeat the question again before he ultimately answered “yes.” Lawyers representing Saxon took note  of Ye’s “sleepy performance on the stand,” later turning around to mouth “Is he asleep?” According to Saxon, Ye hired him knowing that he wasn’t a licensed contractor and he also failed to obtain worker’s compensation insurance. This would mean that Ye is not only on the hook for unpaid wages, but also damages relating to medical expenses, loss of earnings and emotional distress. Ye’s lawyers focused on Saxon’s lack of a contractor’s license, which doesn’t allow for compensation in California nor could he sue for unpaid wages. Not only does the case focus on Saxon’s nonexistent contractor’s license, but whether Saxon pretended to have said license.  Bianca Censori, Ye’s wife, claims that Saxon did pretend to have his contractor’s license. Australian-born Censori, who has a Master’s degree in architecture, said she once stopped by the mansion and allegedly asked Saxon if he had a license. According to Censori, Saxon proceeded to say he had his contractor’s license. Censori later said that people in Ye’s inner-circle tend to oversell themselves, and Saxon was essentially no different. She claimed Saxon inserted himself into the ambitious project. “People will say yes to him just so they can stay in his orbit, for opportunities,” she said. “Once I was removed, there was an opportunity for someone else to step in, which he did.” Censori appeared sharp and alert as she answered quickly while smiling at Saxon’s attorneys, according to Hillel Aron for Courthouse News . Though, she claimed to not remember certain details she was asked about.  Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Brock Hammond grew impatient with the pace of Roger Haag’s questioning — Haag represents Saxon in the case. Judge Hammond routinely asked Haag to “move on to the next question” or “next topic” and sustained many objections about the relevance of a question. Text messages between Censori and Saxon were shown during testimony. The messages showed Saxon keeping Censori updated on the renovation, which contradicted her claims that she was far removed from the project. The messages also showed she was informed of Saxon’s back problems. “My back is so f–ked,” he told Censori in one text. “Is his chiropractor there?” Censori didn’t pass on Saxon’s request to Ye, claiming it wasn’t her business. Following both Ye and Censori’s testimonies, the trial will soon come to an end as the court will hear closing arguments with jury deliberations soon after. The trial is expected to end next week.  Saxon’s lawsuit is only one of almost a dozen lawsuits filed by former employees, many of whom worked at the rapper’s short-lived private school, Donda Academy. Employees and students claimed they couldn’t use the school’s second floor because Ye was allegedly “afraid of stairs.”
