The rapper filed for divorce from the podcaster in May 2026, citing irreconcilable differences.

Country star Jelly Roll and podcaster Bunnie XO finalized their divorce in earlier this month, a source told PEOPLE magazine.
TMZ obtained court documents regarding the former couple’s divorce settlement, though the specific details aren’t public. The outlet reports that they will split various items — including cars, homes, intellectual properties and an aircraft. Jelly Roll, real name Jason Bradley DeFord, will be responsible for a one-time payment to Bunnie, real name Alisa DeFord.
The agreement reportedly includes a provision that prohibits either party from trash-talking one another. The former couple notably said the divorce was amicable, and that neither party cheated on the other.
Speaking on the quickness of the settlement, a source tells PEOPLE the duo didn’t want to drag out the process. The duo wanted to handle everything with respect with one another, the source told PEOPLE.
Days after filing for divorce in May, Jelly Roll broke his silence during a gig in New York.
“Me and my wife are best friends, we will always be best friends,” he said. “She will probably be the only woman I’ll ever love the way I loved her.”
Prior to his statement, Bunnie spoke about the breakup on her Dumb Blonde podcast, revealing that the settlement would only take three weeks. She also revealed the former couple will still plan to have a baby together.
In another episode of her podcast, which has been deleted, she shared that she would move into their compound with the future child – a condition part of the divorce settlement.
A source once told PEOPLE that the duo “had a complicated dynamic,” noting that they are no longer on the same page about certain things.
