The former couple filed for divorce after more than a decade of marriage.

Kandi Burruss, former star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and Todd Tucker have settled their divorce.
The exes informed the court of their deal, confirming that they’ve reached a full and final settlement. The court asked Burruss and Todd to submit their settlement paperwork by next week, which will highlight child support and a parenting plan.
In the months that followed the November 2025 announcement of their split, the former couple disagreed about finances and child custody. Despite the disagreements, the duo continued to stay united for big family events.
“Y’all already know I’m going through a divorce, but we have decided that we are still going to do Christmas together,” Burruss said during a December 2025 episode of her Amazon Live broadcast. “Even though we have all this mess going on right now, we still gonna do it together for our kids, so we are spending Christmas in New York.”
Burruss reitirated the sentiment during a January episode of Today with Jenna & Sheinelle.
“We have determined no matter what, we’re always going to be great coparents for our kids,” Burruss said. “We’re still a family, even though he and I have decided to go our separate ways. We’re trying to make it as easy as possible for our children.”
The details of the settlement and custody agreement have not been made public.
